"Door of the balcony on the ground floor after the cleaning was left unlocked. M Nobody answered emergency call number via Whars Up. Nobody gave wi fi password for 4 days. Just after numerous requests via messaging received it the last day 4 of our 5 days stay. Never going back… "

"We stayed at the loft overnight waiting for our flight the next day. Our transportation service came earlier than expected and subsequently dropped us off two hours before check in. The lady of the house allowed us to check in early and get 4 people’s luggage off the street. The place was warm and cozy just like the owner. Thank you so much!!! "

"The apartment is convenient even if you don't have a car. It is about a 30-minute walk from the airport, about 15 minutes from the train station, and the bus stop is very close. Apart from the fact that the apartment only has 1 window in one bedroom, it is clean and the owners did not skimp on providing supplies. "Apparemment très bien équipé, une chambre 1 double lit confortable Dans la pièce de vie un canapé lit pas confortable du tout ! En plus de cela, alentours très bruyants, Entre le chien de la voisine d’a côté qui n’arrête pas d’aboyer, le bruit des voisins (appartement très mal insonorisé) et le bruit de la route juste devant, tout ça est très limite!"

"A nice clean apartment with an amazing location directly at the ocean. The landlords were very friendly and helpful and gave us tips for places to visit. There are parking spots on the property for the guests and a bus stop nearby (15-20 minute walk). I highly recommend it!"

"Seagull Apartment was very convenient to the airport which was important to us because we had an evening arrival and didn't want to drive far after our long flight. The apartment was clean, large and right next to the sea. There is a nice walkway along the coast. Enza and her husband were perfect hosts and very helpful with information on restaurants, parking in old town Bari etc. We highly recommend the apartment and the hosts!"

"We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do "
