Overall an OK stay for the price. Great location if you are using the Train. Carpark was excellent. Breakfast was chaos, as the hotel was 100% full but we did get barristed coffee.

This hotel was adjacent to the Bari central train station so incredibly easy to find. The front desk person let me into my room 2 1/2 hours early, something that makes a difference. The room was fine and the morning breakfast buffet the next morning was the best I've had in traveling in 4 months in Italy. The staff also gave me excellent suggestions for local restaurants and attractions!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Excelsior Bari. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had hurt my knee earlier that day, and the staff kindly provided ice for my knee, which I really appreciated. Their thoughtfulness made our stay even more comfortable. We also received a lovely welcome drink accompanied by chips and nuts, which was a nice touch. We stayed for one night before catching an early morning train, and the location was perfect—the train station is conveniently located right across the street. A great choice for anyone traveling through Bari. Thank you to the entire staff for making our short stay so pleasant!

This is great hotel for a travel base. It is five minutes walk from the Bari Central train station and the main coach station as well. So you can easily day trip to different places in Pulia and also travel to anywhere in Italy by train or coach. I stopped 7 nights in the top floor junior suite, which had a large furnished living room and separate double bedroom and it had triple aspect views. Staff were friendly and helpful.
