"Ida helped us when we arrived. She was quick to communicate via WhatsApp and excellent at showing the apartment even though we had a slight language barrier. Apartment was spacious and we had more than enough room for three of us (husband myself and daughter). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Large refrigerator for Italy was an added plus. "Disappointing Cons- musty mildewy smell throughout the apt. There’s a dehumidifier in the apt and it helps some, but we had to empty it at least once a day. We stayed for 9 days and only received 2 bath towels. The couch has stains on it- (I suggest a new couch or at least a couch cover). The shower tile looks as if it’s not been cleaned. In desperate need of bleaching. Pros- it’s in a great location and walking distance to everything. "

"The Lullaby Room easily accommodated two couples and the location could not have been more perfect for our two night stay. We were able to walk from Bari Centrale train station and passed through the shopping district before reaching a lovely pedestrian promenade where we found our secret door nestled among several restaurants with outdoor seating for people watching. "The property was in a great location and fairly roomy. We were frustrated when we advised the host that we would be arriving at 2:45pm and got a text back saying they would be there in 20minutes. We waited on the street with all of our luggage for 30 minutes only to have the host arrive, take us to the apartment and realize it hadn't been cleaned. We were asked to leave our luggage at the apartment for a couple of hours so it could be cleaned. We were tired from travelling but had no choice....

"We stayed here in the end of July. It is a spacious apartment that is near the old Bari area. Check in was a bit odd, as our host's friends let us in and gave us the keys without even stepping foot into the apartment (no checking passports or ID or anything). They had been doing some work in the apartment so there was a strong smell of superglue / adhesive in one of the rooms. There was also large water stains on the wall of the main room that had been painted over. It was hot (85F) that week...

"It's a family apartment but I wouldn't characterize it as a 2 bedroom. It really is one bedroom with a see through loft ( not for small children). Also, even though you get a nice breeze at night I would recommend adding AC especially in the bedroom area or at least adding screens to the windows to avoid mosquitos."
