"Nice and clean, the host was super nice and accommodating. Neighborhood was good walking distance to the ocean , more windows or exhaust fan in the apartment would be good."

"Situation de l'appartement loin du centre de Bari, dans un quartier peu accueillant. Immeuble détérioré. Appartement correspond à la description. Pas d'accès possible au parking car télécommande HS et non remplacée malgré les promesses faites lors du check in. Très peu de meubles et très peu de vaisselles disponibles. Rapport qualité/prix négatif."

"Difficile recensire … Consegna camera prevista dalle 16, ci presentiamo alle 19.. camera pronta alle 20.30. (Gentile la signora che ci ha offerto il caffè). Vista mare carina, la camera trasandata cadeva a pezzi, biancheria umida e vecchia, bagno e doccia (grande) ok. Peccato che sul sito era pubblicizzata come unica soluzione su due livelli, due camere e due bagni, dato che siamo in 4 l avevamo scelta per questo. Invece siamo stati “relegati” in una delle due camere, con un letto matrimoniale...

"It's a family apartment but I wouldn't characterize it as a 2 bedroom. It really is one bedroom with a see through loft ( not for small children). Also, even though you get a nice breeze at night I would recommend adding AC especially in the bedroom area or at least adding screens to the windows to avoid mosquitos."

There is nothing better to find in Margherita, because of the perfect view from the very big terrace, the perfect location (close to the main square) and extremely nearby beach (lido). Communication with the owner Michele was easy and very straight forward. We were lucky to be there for a four day festival of which we had a perfect view from both terraces It has to be one of the best rentals we have had. Stay here you won’t be disappointed"

Ruhig und wunderbar ausgestattet mit Gartenmöbeln, ein Traum von südlichem Leben auf dem Lande. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind bestens und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, Francesco sorgt großartig umsichtig für alle Bedürftnisse der Gäste. Der Abschied nach fünf Tagen fiel uns schwer."
