"Two words - book it. My family and I visit the island multiple times a year. We have stayed at many different properties, and this was one of our favorite. • You get the luxury of a private beach area, a big backyard with a paved space, hammocks, ping pong, and foozeball AND a dock with green lights that goes out the farthest on that side. This is the best fishing dock on the entire island. We brought so much food and ended bringing a lot of it back with us because we ate fresh fish every night. Snook, snapper, redfish, grouper. You name it, we caught it. Fishing is an absolute blast from this dock. • The house is perfect. It’s a great size, and I love that the ground level floor has an additional living space, bedrooms and half kitchen. It makes things so much easier when your lounging on the private beach area or fishing off the dock, you have easy access to the house. Many of the houses on the island don’t have this layout and you have to go up flights of stairs to get to a bathroom or fridge, so this is a big plus! This house is perfect for groups of all types, it has everything. The kitchen is 10/10 and has every gadget and cooking tool you could ever think of. They also provided pretty much every spice one would need. • The management team and Yanet are amazing so kind and helpful, brought our live shrimp from the mainland to our front door every morning. The host and owner is hands down the kindest most accommodating host I’ve ever booked with. Highly recommend!"

"We are a 3 generation family of 6 and Beach Paradise was very comfortable, spacious, and fun for our week’s vacation. The kids loved the pool, air hockey, the golf carts, and ice cream cones at the tiny store. We had several sightings of the dolphins, manatees, and ospreys at their big nest, all a very short golf cart ride from the house. The beach was a very short walk from the house and was quite uncrowded and great for shelling and sunsets. We used the fabulous grill a lot and enjoyed the ping pong table. The pool was great! We did think the hot tub was really more of a kiddie pool. The house was well equipped. Lots of indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces. Great views from the outdoor decks of the Gulf, palm trees, birds, sunrises, sunsets, and stars. Be prepared for lots of stairs but those kept us in shape! Ally and her crew were great, responsive when we needed anything. Overall, it was a great house to spend a memory-making family vacation. North Captiva Island is a special place."

"It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ve never seen a home so stocked and ready to just come in and feel at home. Unfortunately I got sick on the trip and had to seek help from the fire department as to what the process would be to see a physician but other than that we consider the trip a huge blessing. Would definitely recommend this home."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Kerry is extremely accessible and accommodating. The property is tucked back off the beaten path in a residential neighborhood, which makes it very quiet and relaxing. They pool is beautiful, and the home is perfect for a small family like ours - two nice-sized bedrooms and two full baths. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is very well-appointed. Sitting on the back porch at night is my favorite thing to do - the sounds of nature often lulled me to sleep. Thanks again for a great stay, Kerry!"

"What an amazing home! Comfortable, airy and spotless with timeless character and charm. Impressive craftsmanship to be appreciated in every room of the original house, which transitions beautifully to the contemporary living area perfect for lounging. The property is lush and completely private. About a two block walk to Four Winds Marina and Lazy Flamingo. We rented a boat at the marina to cruise around the islands and hang out on the beaches at Cayo Costa - an absolute blast. Total island vibe at Lazy Flamingo - the catch-of-the-day and shrimp were super fresh and beyond delicious.. great beers too. First time on Pine Island and my wife and I and our two kids (ages 16 and 11) had a great time."

"We had a wonderful time! The home was clean and stocked with everything you would ever need. We were traveling with all ages from 68 to two one yr olds. The two masters on the first floor were nice for my husband and I’s elderly mothers. The master up stairs had a wonderful bonus room that had a crib and a toddler bed. It was so nice having my youngest children so close but yet separated for some privacy. They had everything you would need for small children including baby gates, baby monitor and pack n plays. We would put the babies down for a nap and head to the beach with the monitor without any issue!There is also a nice shaded spot for the babies to play under the deck that kept my 1 and 4 yr olds occupied for hours. The beach was PERFECT. Wonderful sunrise views with calm waters for our younger children. The private beach was perfect and came stocked with yard games like cornhole and even games for the children. Also plenty of beach seating. The ice maker and fridge beachside were such a blessing. A cold drink was always just steps away. I also liked that our private beach had clear boundaries that kept my children on our property …. this was the first vacation wear my kids could roam and play and I could actually sit and relax. Great beachside fishing also! The gulf carts were in great shape and had plenty of room with having the two available. The owner and management company are very responsive and kind and are truly just a text away. Highly Recommend!"
