"My mother-in-law, my wife and I stayed for 3 nights, Aug 21 thru Aug 23. The property was clean and orderly and well stocked with supplies and kitchen utensils. Communication with owner was excellent. I cannot find anything negative to say and will come back when I go to Matlacha again."

"This was our second time staying here and we love it! It feels homey and comfortable. We love the location and it has such a beautiful view! Our favorite thing to do is ride the golf cart around, its so fun! And he has 2 kayaks you can use, just right across the road you can put them into the water, this was really fun for us to get to experience too! The home has plenty of towels and wash cloths, beach towels, kitchen is stocked and just literally has everything you need! If you need anything at all, Rich has always been so kind to us! We really enjoyed our stay here! Can't wait to go back "

"Host was very accommodating and came by fast to resolve one small issue. Loved this place! Screened in porch was great, we were able to watch beautiful lighting storms and my dad could still watch us fish and swim off the dock. We had a memorable mini family vacation here and would love to come back. We saw a school of catfish, manatees, pelicans diving into the water, dolphins, and incredible sunsets. Rain or shine this is the place to be!"

"Very clean, and so cute! Darlene is a helpful responsive host. Tracy with Kustom golf carts was just as friendly & helpful. We came by boat so we rented a golf cart during our stay. It’s not necessary, Uber would have been cheaper, but it was fun! Plus we drove around and found a mango farm and purchased a couple of tasty treats. The people at Jug Marina were very friendly. Not a place for great food, but good enough. Lazy Flamingo was good too. My husband really enjoyed the ribs. Tarpon Lodge is a great place to eat and have a nice drink."
