"Upon arrival room was ready. We received the room we booked, lower level, one bedroom suite poolside with screen porch. It was clean, cool, and ready for occupants. The area was very safe and the property was very well maintained and quiet. We liked fishing from the dock and caught quite a variety of fish. We would definitely stay there again. In addition they had very good internet and a nice large TV which my husband was able to enjoy football."

"Absolutely beautiful! And having a nature preserve dominating the Westward (primary) view (including sunsets over the mangrove), rather than a bunch of more properties, was terrific. And the saltwater canal is essentially part of a dead end (to the north), so boat traffic never amounted to much of anything. Very peaceful. Rush hour street traffic on Surfside Blvd got a little noisy at times, but was never a problem for us - having the stereo playing outside made it unnoticeable. Rooms beautiful and comfy, pool and spa are awesome. Building is modern, very stylish, extremely clean and comfortable. 5 stars!"

"This is a sweet cottage right on the water, the amenities provided was everything we needed. The only thing that was missing for me was firmer beds..the mattresses were way too soft.. the shops were fun and we loved the restaurants, especially the Blue Dog. The fishing pier was great too. I enjoyed trapping crabs in the water in the back and on the fishing pier. The cottage is centrally located to everything. We enjoyed our stay.."

"Debra was kind & responsive. She provided us with a few things we had forgotten. The property is in a nice neighborhood. The part of the house she rents out is a tight space for us, a family of 3 with 2 dogs. Fortunately, we were only there for 2 nights. At times, I would get hot & feel claustrophobic cause you do not have control of the thermostat. She did lower the AC at times but we had to keep both ceiling fans in each room on high which would make us sneeze & cough. Both ceiling fans & several other things were dusty. Each room is carpeted as well. Her pool area is nice & appeared clean. Our son enjoyed it. She set up the lights so we could go swimming at night. I would recommend this spot for a quick trip through Cape Coral. I would go back for 1 overnight stay. 655r"

"This was our second time staying here and we love it! It feels homey and comfortable. We love the location and it has such a beautiful view! Our favorite thing to do is ride the golf cart around, its so fun! And he has 2 kayaks you can use, just right across the road you can put them into the water, this was really fun for us to get to experience too! The home has plenty of towels and wash cloths, beach towels, kitchen is stocked and just literally has everything you need! If you need anything at all, Rich has always been so kind to us! We really enjoyed our stay here! Can't wait to go back "
