"The unit was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Location was great proximity to the beach, pool and short walk to the ferry, which was important to us with a 2 year old in tow. Everyone on the island is friendly and engaging. The ferry captains are all great guys, very professional. Perfect vacation!"

"Wonderful location off the beaten path. The listing was very accurate and there were no suprises on arrival. The loft studio room is very unique, great for teenager or young adult. Great location on first level of a raised condo. Beach view from lanai is perfect for morning coffee and great for sunset views if its not too hot out. Short walk across the boardwalk to the beach, pretty laid back beach. You may be hesitant to stay on an island and be at the mercy of the ferry. Very well worth the effort and planning to bring your food and leave for excursions or restaurant meals when you want to. If you have a boat, 22' or smaller due to regulations on docks, plan to bring it for a little more freedom. If I understood correctly, the docks with this condo are limited to a 22' boat because of the way the dock is built. There may be other transient ships available for bigger boats somewhere else on the island. Would definitely return to Seascape and Little Gasparilla Island."

"The home was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked, clean and very peaceful. It was close to the beach and close to the dock for our boat. Communication with the owners was great and their home exceeded our expectations. We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this property."

"Just so much to say about this property, it’s simply amazing. It’s been recently a remodeled after the recent hurricane. The condo has everything you could want. It’s very relaxing, very close to the beach, And tons of amenities that the hosts include. The included mainland gated parking and ferry was also great without adding an additional cost to this stay. The beach was amazing more shells than a person could even count. We walked the whole island several times and didn’t find a golf cart necessary. The hosts were very punctual with responses to questions, And in addition, provided the changes to the summer ferry schedule. They also gave us many recommendations for mainland restaurants. Just simply a beautiful place with great hosts and an amazing remodeled condo right next to the beach. Everything we could have asked for was right here on this hidden gem. Thanks Lisa & Chris"

"Jason was an amazing host, they are very quick responding and helping with anything you need. The house is amazing, big, super clean and supplied with anything you need including a hot tub, golf cart, grill and beach goodies! Absolutely lovely. Quick notes for guests: There is no vehicle access to the island so be prepared to grab a water taxi and take few personal belongings! Buy food and book your water taxi with a week prior of anticipation, and you’ll be ready to enjoy this paradise! Amazing stay, amazing home and amazing hosts!"
