"Beautiful condo—spotless, modern, and fully stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bedding was soft, the towels were great quality, and the living space was cozy and inviting. LGI is always a wonderful getaway, and having a relaxing place to stay makes all the difference—this condo did not disappoint.That said, there are a few things to be aware of that are outside the homeowner’s control, mostly due to recent hurricane impacts. If you’ve stayed on the island before, you know getting there isn’t always easy, and this trip was a bit more complicated than usual. Guests at the condo currently aren’t allowed to use golf carts, and the walk from the dock to the unit is pretty long. We ended up paying 120 to some locals to help haul our luggage and groceries, since carts weren’t allowed either.Additionally, the boardwalk to the beach is under repair, which means walking through the sand dunes instead of using the usual wooden path—definitely more effort to get to the beach.All in all, I’d absolutely rent this condo again. The comfort, style, and views make it worth it. While there are a few current inconveniences from hurricane recovery, the property itself is fantastic. We saw some signs of progress around the area, though it looks like it may take some time. Still, the stay was well worth it."

"This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home in a perfect spot about 100 yards from the beach or docks. We loved the kitchen/family room where we could all be together while prepping meals and in the late evenings. We ate in the screened in porch (really important given the big situation in late July) with a beautiful view and played family games in the late afternoon during quick storms.This host is wonderful. Warm, responsive and generous. We had the pleasure of meeting her on our way into the island and you can tell she truly cares about your experience, the island and sharing it with others. The house is well stocked and has pretty much all you need for your stay which is important because there’s no where to grab them from in a pinch. LGI is a dream of you’re looking for a (semi, you still have internet and cell service) complete break from the busyness and distractions of mainland. The natural beaches are glorious and filled with shells and wildlife - with very few people to distract. Don’t miss the glorious sunsets on the beach, which was my favorite part of our stay. The people on the island are also wonderful and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the folks at the golf cart rental place who were kind and really helpful to my elderly parents. The meal planning and groceries require some pre thought as there are no stores on the island although groceries can be delivered which is helpful and I’d recommend having them delivered "

"A very nice little house perfect walking distance between the dock and the beach. Wonderful back porch to sit on up stairs as well to enjoy your evenings when the suns gone down, listening to the breeze, sea birds, and the happiness that is LGI. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, and a good attitude for an amazing time. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and Michelle was amazingly helpful!"
