"Beautifully decorated and clean. Easy access from elevator. Even beach chairs and toys. Owner is accessible if needed which we did not need. Lovely view. We kept migrating between the pool and the beach. Easy access to both. Book it, you wonāt regret it!"
"Tarpon Tale Inn is a hidden treasure! If you want a quiet getaway on Sanibel Island with quick access to the beach, a private patio and grill, access to bicycles, an outdoor hot/cold shower, a shell washing station, and beach chairs/umbrella/wagon - this is it! The owner, Joe, has an eye for detail and it shows throughout your stay. I wanted a beach experience and thatās exactly what I got at Tarpon Tale Inn. Other than to explore (Blind Pass, Bowman Beach, Turner Beach and Captiva) the island and pick up a few things at Jerryās, I had no need to drive. Wickieās and Tuttleās are directly across the street, and a deli place is next door - the Sanibel lighthouse is a .6 mile bike ride and beach access is just around the corner is across the street. The king room with full kitchen was nicely equipped and the bed was incredibly comfy. So clean! The āno-seeumsā were present and accounted for, mostly at dusk and dawn, not a Tarpon Tale Inn issue because they were everywhere on the island. Guests are offered use of bug spray in the office as a shared option. The Tarpon Tale has a quaint beach vibe I know you will love! "
"The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience "

"Loved Captiva and overall property. Clean. Well kept. The unit overlooks mangroves. Short drive to beach villas where you can park for beach. Beach was amazing. Seashells everywhere, almost no waves, not crowded and peaceful. "
