"Beautifully decorated and clean. Easy access from elevator. Even beach chairs and toys. Owner is accessible if needed which we did not need. Lovely view. We kept migrating between the pool and the beach. Easy access to both. Book it, you won’t regret it!"

"The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience "
"We were beyond impressed with this condo. The owner did a fantastic job with every detail of the condo. The kitchen and appliances were very nice and impressed with the high end choices.The decor is really pretty and all the furniture so comfy.The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms were so impressive felt like a spa experience. The owners/hosts are so nice and were great to communicate with arranging our stay. My husband and I both agree we have found our new favorite unit at Pointe Santo de Sanibel B3! We definitely look forward to staying here again next summer!Thanks to the owners/hosts for creating the perfect vacation home away from home!"
"We absolutely loved our stay at Pam’s condo in Sanibel! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy a week long stay with 2 young children. Perks:Super close to pool and beachOceanside viewCondo amenities (including boogie boards, nice chairs, cooking items, cooler, nice appliances)Excellent communication Games and puzzleVery cleanGreat shellingThe only thing I would note is Sanibel has bugs, make sure you use spray and/or cover up. And there is construction on the property but it did not interrupt our stay and the renderings look awesome post completion.Highly recommend! "

"Don't think we've ever been closer to the beach on Sanibel. Unit was very spacious, Kids loved it. Pool was very nice and we were steps from the beach. They are still renovating after the hurricane so the property wasn't as nice as it could be but we looked past all that and had a wonderful stay. "
