"I was a bit disappointed with this place. When I first booked this VRBO, I didn't receive check-in information. This was a concern, as I was coming from Illinois to Atlanta and was the first person to stay at this booking. It just seemed a bit questionable. I did, however, get in contact with the property manager and she said she would send me the information. I waited a few hours and still didn't receive it, so I had to work with VRBO to get the information. The information that I received was...

"Very clean. We loved the location! Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. Host also responds very quickly. "

"When we walked into weed smell filled apartment at 5 since it wasn’t ready at 4, we were met with a non working, flickering busted keypad, prison style gate and homeless people sleeping in alley. Lucky for us someone was walking in when we were trying to get in building. That being said, neighborhood overall is not great, I would never stay here again."
