The apartment is located in a very quiet and old neighborhood and is the perfect distance away from downtown Atlanta (15-20 minute drive). Snacks and coffee were provided and all appliances were full size. We would be happy to stay here again."

"This property is in the best location. So many restaurants are walkable. The eastern is also very walkable. The house is older and has some neat characteristics. The only downfall I had was the only bathroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second."

"Home needs a little TLC. There’s no washer and dryer even though listing shows one. When asked I was told they were in the process of replacing but the washer/ dryer area were it would be looked like it’s being used as storage. The tvs both had issues connecting to the WiFi. Back deck was unsafe and we were notified at check in not to use it which also meant no BBQ access. They’ve replaced some of the hardwood floor but not painted it and there’s been some Sheetrock patching done but it’s not...

"I enjoyed my stay! I was worried at first that there wouldn't be any natural light, but the studio has two windows that provided all the natural light I needed. The owners communicated well, the check-in process was easy. Although I was provided with off-street parking, which was great, there was plenty of street parking outside the gate. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to I20. I would definitely stay here again."

"This place was perfect for me. Everything was super clean and super nice. The host has everything very transparent in his descriptions. To be honest I slept better here then at home, beds are super comfortable. The dogs were super cool, they met me at my car with a ball to throw, but when I had enough so did they. Over all I give the place a ten and will be staying there again when I return. P.S. farm fresh eggs and bottle of wine when I arrived was awesome 👌 👏"
