No potable water or means to light stove provided; base for water dispenser there but needed to buy garafone to use. "Over all it was just okay, we went without hot water last day of our stay, had to text in order to communicate with care taker, house was not up to what was presented to us. Have stayed many times in Mahahual and this was the worst experience. "
