"Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was pretty intolerable at first but it got better as we aired out all of the rooms and restrooms. Otherwise, Gerardo was attentive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible."

"Photos do not do this property justice. Exquisite views with many terraces. Everything functions fine, perfect for a relaxing stay in a great area. Literally a 10 min beautiful stroll to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. What more can you need. Lourdes was very accommodating and helpful. She made me feel at home giving us a great itinerary before our arrival. This vacation was plug and play. 8 nights of awesomeness! Will be back!"

"Felt very secure and safe. The pool was great as the beach was a ride away. The living area is open to animals and the elements. 3 bedrooms are enclosed each with its own toilet and shower. Very family friendly and comfortable with lots of room for everyone. Hosts were awesome and reside on the property. Lots and lots of stairs as each room was a different level though with great views. Taxis everywhere."

"Such a great property. Amazing view from the upstairs bedroom. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. Effie and Francisco were great. I speak minimal Spanish but we got by. You will definitely get your steps in if you stay here. We’ve stayed in the hills before so we are used to it. Getting a cab is no problem though. We would definitely stay here again."

"This unit had termites and no hot water upstairs. The unit has cob webs, dead bugs and dusty EVERYWHERE. Irma the property manager informed us that they found out the unit was infested 4day prior to us checking in. They refused to relocate us to a different unit and be of any assistance. They lied and said food was walking distance it’s not! They want you to leave the door open when we leave? Like they are the worst and a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"If you’re looking for somewhere out of the tourist crowds this is it! Located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Walmart and Costco and two other major grocery stores. Bus stops and end of the street which will take you to Centro where you’ll find the beach and Malecon which are the main points of interest in PV. Bud cost 10¢! Sal is very responsive and helpful. He speaks English very well and really helped us get oriented. The house is huge and very well equipped....
