I ask to the guy and he said is only for the view. Also they have somebody living on the top of the house. "I like the fact that I had the property all to myself, but this property has a second floor which made it a bit noisier at nights, water heater was not very good I had to take about 4 very cold showers but overall it was just ok, needs more work and attention, thank you!!!"
