"Great location obviously. Plenty of dining options and the room was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the condition of the hallways on the 2nd floor. Considering you are a Hyatt property, I wasn’t expecting the dilapidated condition of the walls and carpet. Other than that, everything was great."

"This hotel is located about 200 yards from Sukhumvit so benefits from quiet. It is clean and well organised. It was a shame that there was some building works across the shared access road. Beam was great in Reception and “Mr Broom”insisted on giving me a ride in the hotel buggy to Asok station. Very kind. I was late for breakfast but they still went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t leave hungry. Great hotel. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! We arrived very late at night, warrmly wcomed, but the true glamour of the property beamed in the morning. Breakfast was outstanding- so many options! Transportation was easy with the MRT next door. We would recommend this property! "

"Very happy with my stay at Valia. The room was very spacious and everything was in good condition. Daily cleaning was up to a high standard and Checking in and out was a breeze. Only improvement i'd like to see is for the mini fridge in the rooms to be changed. It's just too small."

"everything was perfect except the house keeping took away my welcome gift, cake and cookies which i intended to eat after my dinner. When I return from dinner, it was removed from the table. very disappointing."
