Hotel is conveniently situated adjacent to the airport and offers frequent free shuttle buses and is linked by a short walk using the connecting underpass and offers great links to the rail transport system into the city. Rooms are clean and spacious and offer a relaxing environment to chill out. The hotel also has a great gym and an outdoor swimming pool. The main ground floor level contains many options for bars, restaurants and shops."

"Don’t get fooled by them advertising a free shuttle to the airport. If you fly out at 7 am they will not provide you a shuttle at 4, in fact they won’t even help you get a taxi. They tell you to do it yourself. We had to clean the bathroom floor on arrival and the towel was black. And they charge for everything. - an extra pillow- 50 baht.. etc… the location is horrible and not close to anything. Do not book this hotel."
