"Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept. "

"The Amari Don Muang is adjacent to the Don Muang airport and very convenient for travel The hotel is nice and clean with good rooms and a great breakfast buffet. It is about one hour from the city on train network but testation is right at the hotel and is easy and cheap to use"

Even when we noticed rude and entitled tourists talking to some of the staff, rhey were professional. Kudos! Thank you for a great first experience in Bangkok to celebrate our 24th Anniversary 😍"

"We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. We had a wonderful time and were treated like family. Thanks so much! We lover the Oriental!"

"I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "

"Really chill hotel, lots to do around. The apartments are really clean and has a really good vibe in the pool area. Staff are helpful, esp the on ground staff and housekeeping staff are really polite. Would def recommend. Gym is a little small for such a big property if you are looking to hit the hotel gym but just all in all highly recommend! "

"위치도 괜찮았고 식사도 맛있었고, 직원분들도 친절해서 좋았어요 다만, 제가 숙박했던 18층이 수리를 새로 했는지 페인트 냄새가 너무 나서 방에서도 냄새를 맡을 정도 였어요. 업무차 방문해서 호텔에서는 밤에만 있었기 때문에 방을 바꿔 달라고 하지는 않았지만, 휴가차 묵었더라만 체크인 하자마자 방을 바꿔달라고 했을 것 같아요."
