"I’d stay there again.. no deposit!. Love that."

"I messaged the hotel via the Expedia app to add my guests names to the reservation and advise they would be arriving 1 day late. They responded that this was updated on the booking. When my guests arrived the reservation had been cancelled and they refused let them stay even though they had already agreed to the updates and I had paid in full for the entire booking. My guests were without a room and the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. Expedia, why you allow this to happen is beyond me."

"Room was very nice. Clean. Amenities were fantastic. Location excellent and staff courteous and professional."

"Hidden little gem. So close to the conference center and great quiet area. Their 24 hour available staff is great too. Traditional furniture, quaint balconies and attached to a wonderful restaurant."

"Great location in the Gaslamp Quarter, it gets very lively in the evenings. Loved the boutique design hotel vibe. Cleanliness in the room including the windows could be improved."

"Great location with great staff"

"No way to describe the horrific experience we had checking in when we arrived. Had no idea there would be no front desk or direct contact with a human."

"Wonderful place! Staff are great! Will stay again. Thanks!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this establishment!!! The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place 1000 times and the next time I am back I will be staying there. 1000/10 experience, the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. The one I had was equip with 2 full bathrooms and a Livingroom with kitchenette area. It was absolutely amazing!!"

"Everything was super cool and clean"

"Buena opcion, un poco updated pero bueno en ubicacion y calidad / precio"

"Hard Rock is right downtown in the Gas Lamp district near the convention center and Petco Field. Overall, good place to stay, used the pool and hot tub a lot. We did have to change rooms due to no hot water. The pool area has a bar area and it was rented out for functions 2 of the 3 days we were there, you could still use the pool but had to share with people not staying there."
