"Only good thing to say about this hotel is friendly staff and it’s conveniently located to the San Diego cruise terminal. We checked in, headed up to the room, balcony door was wide open, pillows on the chair beside the bed without pillow cases, bathroom full of soap residue and hair from previous guests. We called downstairs to have them address the state of our room, they sent a friendly worker up with pillow cases, she kindly put them on and left. We didn’t hear anything else the rest of our short stay. If you can, avoid the property, but if you must, at least the team is nice and it’s conveniently located. "

"Simple and clean, the only downside was you have to replace the key card every single day, because it doesnt work everytime we comeback to the room, our room was on 4th floor and its annoying to go up and down just to get a new key card that would work"

"The stay was great! Staff was great, the rooftop bar was closed even after I made a reservation and got confirmation text which was a disappointment but the girl at the desk made a recommendation to the Nobel rooftop which was fantastic. Breakfast was also GREAT, we ate there twice. "
