"Casa vela was probably the best place we’ve ever stayed at! The staff was amazing and when they say all inclusive they mean all inclusive, they were there to serve every time we sat down! Our drinks never emptied and they always made us feel like we were the priority and they were grateful to have us and anything we needed they facilitated and or accommodated! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!"

"Hotel is a bit dated compared to the other resorts but very clean. We had a three bedroom/ 2 bath suite which had two rooms without a view and the main bedroom with a balcony and view. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals but we had the all inclusive package and didn’t use it. Living room is spacious with an ocean view balcony as well. "Overall it was a great stay. AC unit was down for one day, which was really hot during the afternoon. But they were able to fix it by night time. This was probably a rare incident, but overall it did make the stay a bit more uncomfortable. But other than that, the staff were really friendly and it was a nice resort to stay at with friends."

"Enjoyed all the amenities. Staff was courteous, helpful & pleasant. the onsite dining options were good. The pool was fantastic. Really, the one minor thing that was annoying were the birds :-) You had to watch your food or it would be swooped up. But, overall, I would return to the resort."

"Staff was always friendly and helpful. Food was actually pretty good. Rooms and shared space were clean. Easy access to the beach where chairs await you & you can rent an umbrella if you want. Pool areas had a snack bar (food was mediocre here though) and bar areas, and they were well watched by security so we felt safe. "
