"Great staff. Hotel was nice especially the private beach. Didn’t get the room we booked but got upgraded ( at a cost). Food was good. Blaze steak house was not very good. Not sure if we would go back. "

"Our 3rd time staying at this resort and it gets better every time! All staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. Armando and Hugo are two staff members that went above and beyond. Great location! The marina is right across the street which has many restaurants and shops. Plenty of onsite dining options for those that don't like to venture off. "

"It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. "

"As a family of 4 we had an amazing time doing all inclusive and look forward to going back next year! This resort is super family friendly with so many activities and great pools for all ages. Here are some tips: We enjoyed the buffet, lots of options for fresh fruits and veggies, plus made to order options at each meal like omelettes, custom tacos/fajitas. Restaurant near kids pool is basic, but great for a quick meal after swimming. The buffet has vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options...
