The room was adequate and the staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was just okay. The only real problem we encountered was the 3rd floor room with the bar/disco directly below our window and the music was very loud until midnight. We got very little sleep before had to get up at 2:45am to catch an early flight.

Beautiful hotel and the staff went above and beyond! My husband got food poisoning in the evening and spent most of the night in the bathroom. With having a 6am flight home, I had to make sure that he would get some medication to even have the smallest of chances for us making the flight. At 2am there were 2 attendants at the front desk and both helped me call a 24hr pharmacy to see if we could get some meds delivered and when that was not possible, organized a ride and translator to take me to the pharmacy. We’re able to leave the hotel at 3:30am and make our flight. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts! The beds are super comfortable, great pillows and our room had the view of the city and we got to see the lit up aqueduct one last time. Very very beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Queretaro as a family. (Husband, Wife, and 2-year old boy) We stayed June 20-29, 2026. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. First and foremost, the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Lety, Santiago, and Israel from the Domun restaurant (Taboa)! Great people to talk with and share laughs while providing top tier service. We didn’t know before we booked there is a kids area (in the back of restaurant) that is perfect for most ages of children. My boy absolutely loved it. The food was excellent at anytime of the day. We had a Superior King Room which was plenty large and very modern. We loved the room (and we are extremely picky about quality). The hotel is a busy place with many business professionals checking in for work and the like, but that never impacted our stay. They were able to handle a lot of people with ease. We didn’t have many requests for the front desk, but every time we did request anything it was taken care of properly. All around the staff were excellent. Domun has an onsite free parking garage. This was crucial for the rainy afternoon returns to the room. Centro is very close to hotel by car (5 minutes), Juriquilla is about 20-30 minutes away depending on the traffic pattern. Pool was open and very nice. Rooms are sound proofed between the rooms, slight road noise, we never heard any noise from neighbors. 10-out of-10 I would recommend. Having a car to drive would be recommended and it was perfect for us.

Pros: This is a very elegant hotel in a strategic place near Centro Sur. The hotel in general has an excellent, look and feel, very modern and clean overall. Having been in other hotels in Queretaro, I can say that the gym in Domun is as good as it gets with both cardio, freeweight and machine options. Breakfast is top quality with multiple protein choices, a diverse fruit bar and sweets station, I went to the restaurant a couple of times and the food is very good, not excellent. Prices are very reasonable for a hotel. You can connect to streaming platforms in the room. This may sound basic but many hotel TVs don't have that option. Staff in general is really nice and helpful. Cons: For me, this is easily a 5-star rating hotel but the major drawback for me was being on the side of the road. Traffic in the nearby highway begins at approximately at 4:00 am and for a light sleeper like me this became an issue. Other than that, great hotel!
