The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. Management did not address the issue or offer any kind of.compensation for the inconvenience."

"We had a good stay here. We had an issue on the first night of our stay where the hotel had no AC. They did not have enough fams for everyone who was requesting them amd we ended up spending $40 to have a fan delivered via instacart. We had to leave it behind as we flew to Boston, so basically we donated a new fan tothe hotel. It would have been nice if they would have adjuated our rate foe the first night to account for the extra expense and inconvenience, but they did not offer anything. ...

"I think the hotel is upgrading their rooms and we just happened to get one that had not yet been upgraded. Although it was pretty comfortable, the carpet had several stains from spills that greeted you when you walked in. In addition there were some mechanical things that did not work and the legs of the coffee table were frayed from many battles with a vacuum cleaner. The front desk person was very helpful even though the front desk is in the basement. The continental breakfast was basic...

"The hotel and the staff at the pool and front desk were awesome! No complaints about the hotel at all. I did get a $100 ticket for my meter running out & resident parking so I should have just paid the $65 hotel parking instead. Just came for the weekend for the roof top pool with kids even though we are local we wanted to stay in the city and hang out. I wish the roof top pool staff would have told us about having a kids menu even though it wasn’t offered at all on any menu could of saved...
