"We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located apartment. We walked to the museums and theater, even in the snow, it was not far. The underground is a block away and there were always taxis passing by. There is a Billa grocery very close and we were able to cook and relax in this spacious apartment. My only complaint is that one of the duvets (under the duvet cover) was stained with blood and should be removed. "

"Room was extremely comfortable, though noise does carry. There was a lot of work happening around the hotel (city road works) which made navigating a path to/from the hotel safely a little more challenging than usual. One thing I would flag is that service was quite slow and I was surprised to have the hotel restaurant waiter explicitly invite a tip!"

"Great location just down the block from the cathedral. Room was small which was fine. The shower leaked water onto the floor but it was a slight annoyance but easily mopped up with a towel. My only issue was that the A/C did not operate and it was quite warm. I would leave the windows open but my room was entered from the outside and above a restaurant so there was quite a bit of noise. "We've visited Therme Laa - Hotel & Spa twice during a posting in Vienna. The hotel is easily accessible from Vienna also by train. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby train station in Laa. The hotel has a high standard and a rather good restaurant. The therme complex is the main reason to visit with excellent facilities both inside and outside. The complex is very much child-friendly (we visited with a two-year-old son). "This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
