"Great room. Very clean. excellent shower, towels, bathrobes, soaps etc. Staff are great.The only negative for us was arriving at 10pm on friday night and having nowhere quiet to have a drink. Both bars are obviously very popular night spots and were packed and very loud. Not what we were looking for."

"We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are feeling a little old but we still liked it. Hated the dooner on the bed, my wife and I overheated all night, should keep a sheet in the room, did not sleep well at all, pillow menu would also be nice for the price of the stay. We opted for the breakfast, I think u should get a discounted price if u are staying there. Breakfast overall was nice, pastries looked great but were crap which was disappointing. Staff were next level, lovely and genuine folks who did a great job whether in the kitchen or front desk, well done with your staff."

"The staff made our stay extra special. They made you feel as though they really cared about helping you. They were very interested in who you were and why you were there. In particular the stand outs were a Dutch male who spoke excellent English and ordered our cab for us. Dhairyaraj who was working in reception. Catherine in the dining room and a male waiter who was Catherine's colleague and wore an apron. We took a photo of his name badge but he moved too quickly and we can't read his name - Catherine might remember. The only negative was that the receptionist promised to call us when our room was ready. she didn't call and it was a very cold day."
