I have stayed here before and will stay again. I like the location for shopping and theatres. The only thing that let it down ever so slightly, according to my booking confirmation from Expedia, my checkout time was 11am, but the hotel stopped my room key working at 10am. Maybe there is a miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia?

Hilton is great location and right in the heart of downtown. IT is walkable everywhere. Plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel is safe, breakfast is excellent and staff very friendly and professional
