"The property was an an older building and needs a little bit of updating a few rust spots here and there. The staff of the hotel were excellent and concern with helping me in anyway if I had any questions. The valet parking was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. The hotels located in an entertainment district with plenty of eateries and taverns and nightlife, as well as more top end restaurants. It was close to the Progressive field, which I wanted to see. Relatively safe area with a few panhandlers here and there, but a lot of SECURITY is around."

"Visited for just one night to see Case Western. Perfect location - just couple blocks from the visitor center. It’s a historic hotel and beautiful inside. The service was amazing. So attentive and nice. We had a problem with our room and they were able to change out our room without any hesitation at all. Breakfast included and wonderful. I wish we could have stayed another night just to enjoy the hotel. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back some day! "
