"Pillows were very uncomfortable. Fridge was frozen over and unable to use. We needed the fridge as we were staying for four nights. After an hour or so, maintenance replaced it but the new fridge had to get cold so left food/drinks in coolers on ice until fridge was usable the next day. Was told there would be a Keurig machine so brought k-cups from home only to find a different type of coffee machine.
