This is an amazing location, right in the heart of Cleveland's entertainment district. Walking distance from Rocket arena and the Guardians stadium. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all around. Plus this is a historic venue. If you really want to experience the hotel, make sure you get an "arcade view" room, not a "city view" room.

The location is perfect. Right downtown close to restaurants, bars, Rock and Roll hall of fame and all the sports. The building is impressive. We booked last minute for a concert at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame not realizing there was also a baseball game that night, and also a wedding right at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and even my surly 13-year-old agreed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were personable and attentive. I called housekeeping when I realized there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and someone was there within minutes with a new bottle. The valet service was quick and easy as well. We will definitely come back.

I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel. It was beautiful inside the room was huge. The view was great plenty of food pizza place and their own restaurant with desserts and great drink specials not far from a lot of things to see and also not far from the rock ‘n’ roll, Hall of Fame great trip.
