"This hotel was by far one my favorites while I was in Italy. The reason was because of the amazing staff that were the most loveliest and went above and beyond for me and my mother who has a lot of issues with her health. From the front desk Guilio, Andrea, Nancy, Alessandro, and Gideon. Also, the great people from the kitchen and bar, Gabriel, Sabita, Bozema, Elisa, Mazmud, and Careolta. In addition to all the cleaning staff who made that place and our room always look impecable. I want thank everyone from Fragrance for making my and my mom’s experience in Rome amazing. We love you guys!"
