"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont during our family trip to Japan. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The location was fantastic, close to train stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo while still being in a quieter area. There were also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, which was very convenient for our family....

"The staff were so unfriendly. Did not have greetings when we arrived. The hallway to the room smelled smoke although it’s non-smoking rooms and with a sign of it. We were not greeted with what amenities are available for us including airport transfers. I found the carpet in the rooms dirty and outdated."
