We really enjoyed the traditional Japanese hotel . The hot baths and sauna were great and we slept really well. Breakfast had a wide variety of items so suitable for everyone.

Clean hotel, nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff with decent English. Bedroom was comfortable, but the bathroom was definitely dated and retrofit a bit oddly. Overall quite pleasant though.
Spacious room with a living room and a bedroom, toilet and bathroom are separated, The public bath is nice too. But the WiFi connection is poor, always disconnected.

The room was large & comfortable, the staff was friendly & the breakfast excellent. However the shower room was moldy and the water was lukewarm. The building is generally frayed around the edges, but the big negative was the shower.

Staff was very helpful and professional. We noticed the building is old and need some update especially plumbing conditions. The hotel was located quiet residential area, which is hard to find in Tokyo and we enjoyed it. Access to Haneda Airport was nice and smooth.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is on the older side but that's what gives it that Japanese charm. I found the place to be very clean and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again, even to just sit and look at the garden in the lobby!
Hotel was a bit seasoned but it’s reflected in the price. Customer service and breakfast were very good. Cute Japanese style my 16 year old loved it. I would stay here again.
It was great that we dropped off our luggage in the morning and they already delivered in our room when we came back at night.
We really enjoyed the baths and the hotel was pretty close to the subway stations.
Staffs were friendly and their service was great! We would like to go back again!
No hot water in the room - only luke warm. Although I talked to the reception as this might be a legionella risk, they did not even check it. Window could not be closed properly in this room. Dirty airconditioner and air vent.
Breakfast was good.
It's a very old hotel but well kept and the room was clean. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. The free breakfast every morning was nice. For the price I can't complain about anything
Edo style hotel, it is old but spacious and comfortable.
The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is delicious.
Beware that it is located a little bit uphill if you have heavy luggage.
Great value for the hotel - we stayed for 4 days. Location was close to Akihabara and supermarkets. The lack of space / modern-ness of the sink and washing area was made up by an excellent onsen experience. Traditional breakfast in the morning was a great way to start our day!
We loved the friendly and cozy environment! The staff was incredible and so kind!! The Onsen was sensational! Breakfast was delicious! And the tatami and futon was such a treat to experience! We hope to return in the future!
Very pleasant retro hotel, bit frayed around the edges but clean and comfortable plus excellent breakfast, nice bath and sauna on roof. Plenty off spaces to sit and relax, great location and friendly efficient staff.

Lovely old school Japanese hotel with helpful staff in a good location. Our toilet leaked but staff were able move us to another room quickly. Also appreciated them keeping our luggage safe for a few hours between check out and departure to the airport.

had a long history of operation (I was told it is 50 years old!) so it may not appear modern, but it has a really authentic Japanese feel.. The hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful!
Very cool traditional design and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was included (also traditional) and was very enjoyable. The only downside is that the doorways and fixtures were all quite low. Watch your head if you are close to or over 6 feet tall.
The personal aré very nice and the instalation aré very confortable

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was construction going on starting around 8 am. The shower had a musky smell. Otherwise a good stay.
