"We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). Not only was the property beautiful and in the best location overlooking Vico Seiano Marina, Massimo was by far the best host we have ever experienced! We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of space for all in the well stocked and comfortable Villa. It was not and was never even looked at the whole time we were there. We asked for money back for that and other problems there were with the property. "Three of us stayed for a week at Villa Margi. The Villa is amazing! Lots of room, comfortable, and the views are unparalleled. We made day trips to Pompei, Sorrento, Positano and Capri. It was also nice to spend a quiet day enjoying the Villa and the pool. I highly recommend a private dinner prepared by Margi and her skillful staff. Margi is a lovely person. "The villa was great especially the pool area which we all enjoyed immensely. Unfortunately the area outside the gated area is dire. Little or no local amenities and the street was dirty and most buildings were abandoned. The blurb for the property was changed recently to state that a car was needed and had i seen that I wouldn't of booked as none of our party wanted to drive. Beach was good and the staff at local Lido were great. Again villa fab but location awful. Such a shame!"
