"I'm a Portuguese resident and American citizen. I'm familiar with how homes are presented/maintained in each country. This house fell far short of any reasonable standard. We had to move out early. Space will not permit complete listing of the problems. Here is just a sample: The washing machine began to leek. We were told that it was normal, that the machine only works on a 45 minute cycle. House smelled of mildew throughout. Black mold in shower stalls. Toilet in one bathrooms slowly...
