Every staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Speaking of dining, the culinary offerings at Llao Llao are exceptional. "The hotel room was huge with a mini fridge and huge bed. We booked a lake view and it was perfect- basically the whole of the front of the room was window and looked across the lake. It was lovely. The hotel is opposite a night club that did disturb us at the weekend. "
