"The hotel is perfectly situated for amazing lake views. The staff is friendly, breakfast was very tasty, and the rooms are comfy and cozy. The reason it's not a 5-star review is (1) they failed to service our room one of the three days we were there and (2) there were some condition issues of the hotel grounds - the hot tub was questionable at best and the dock on the lake was dangerously weathered. Despite that, I would recommend."

"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. "My wife & I only stayed one night while on a road trip but probably would look elsewhere if we had to do it again. Great staff and breakfast, but room was dingy and and in need of a rehab. (Probably could say that for a large swath of all things Argentine!!) Restaurant seemed good but only had buffet breakfast. It's well located in downtown area so restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bit of a hassle in a lot around the corner, but free."
