"Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. "

"Totally recommend this hotel as a retreat out of town. We had an apartment which offered a kitchen and living space where we could host the rest of our party who had smaller rooms. Great restaurant, spa, pool, gym and massage. Cheap Uber into town. Loved Bariloche. Awesome time. "

"We only stayed 1 night on June 2022, Staff was very helpful, cabin was cute. Green areas were nice. It is not the best location if you do not have a car, but staff can help you get a taxi in order to move around. Very affordable"
