"Try finding a hotel with that view for that price anywhere in the world, the pictures just can't capture how amazing it is. Breakfast was the best I've had and worth £30+ but was included. Rooms were the cleanest by far I've stayed in and we are on a roadtrip around europe. The receptionist was very helpful and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For the fact they have only just opened I'd get in while the prices are cheap as they will surely go up with popularity. Top recommendation from the owner, go and see the Balcony of Italy that is 15mins away WOW!"

The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. "Our room was spectacular along with the view of the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the lunch. The ONLY thing that needs attention is the dirty carpeting in the hallways and the area around the spa. It was filthy-need shampooing "
