"Excellent hotel, location, & staff. This hotel is the best place to stay if you are doing anything near Circular Quay, the Rocks area and plan to take the ferry. Be aware that the rooms are not massive but you could tell it was remodeled not long ago. Best bed & pillows! The staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended. "

Room was very clean and towels nice and thick as well as robes which many hotels no longer provide. Beds super comfortable and shower nice and big. Close to sights - darling harbour and city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. "
