"We were driving to North Scotland from East Sussex and wanted to break our drive overnight and The Village Inn and Kirtle House B&B was ideally situated to do this. There was ample parking at the rear of the property through a gate. Alison, the proprietor was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The bedroom was thoughtfully set out with accessories, tea and coffee making facilities. The bed linen was clean and the bed very comfortable. Alison recommended the local Pub for an evening meal, which was a short distance away, which was very good. Alison's breakfast menu was amazing which included the full Scottish consisting of lean black pudding, homemade haggis and Lorne sausage. We would certainly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay there again."

"We loved this house was close to where we needed. The only thing disappointing was we had to rush to be out by 10 with there being a few of us as well. We did text to see if the house was being taken the next night to see if we could add another night but got no reply and was showing available online but didn’t want to do it online again as we would of had two cleaning charges. Apart from that it was ideal for us and would use again"

The hot tub was a huge hit and the perfect way to unwind while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. John and Dan were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. They truly made us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone and would highly recommend Bonshaw Grange to anyone looking for a beautiful countryside escape.
