Lovely place with beautiful rooms and a lovely hostess. The breakfast was superb and the bed very comfy and it was also very nice and quiet thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The stay was beautiful and relaxing, outside the window had beautiful rolling fields with plenty of cows in, dogs greeted us when we arrived Bie and Best, it was brilliant. Alison made us feel so welcome and relaxed and the breakfast was made to order and fantastic!

Stayed in room 3 with a nice view over the hills. Room is clean and comfortable and service nice and friendly. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. If you've not tried a "full scottish" then give it a try!

The property and the rooms are first class,Allison gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, she showed us around the room which was first class as was the breakfast which kept us going for the rest of the day and all this is due to hard work she puts into it, we would definitely go there again and would definitely recommend.

As soon as my booking was made Alison contacted me and gave information regarding arrival, parking and food. Nice owners. Clean room but a bit cramped. Good shower. Steep stairs to room. Nothing nearby to have a drink or food without driving a couple of miles.

A very friendly welcome on arrival. A lovely spacious room with en-suite. Everything in the room was excellent and comfortable. A bar for residents had a wide choice of drinks on offer. If I had being staying longer this would be a good place to relax in the evenings. Breakfast had a wide choice of options and was very well presented. The location just off the motorway makes it a brilliant stop off point.
