"The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We went for part of our honeymoon and offer the dinner as complimentary. There are some mosquitoes and bees in the room because the independent pool is surrounded by tree but, we had plug in repellent that we brought which was useful. The buffet quality and staff from dining was awesome. "

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with access to a shared pool, which really elevated our holiday experience. We especially enjoyed the evening entertainment—it added a lovely touch to our nights and created a great atmosphere around the resort. The dining options were another highlight. In addition to the main buffet, there were several à la carte restaurants offering a nice variety of cuisines. One thing to note is that these restaurants require advance booking. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of this at first, so we missed the chance to use our full quota of reservations. It would have been helpful to get a heads-up about that upon arrival. Overall, though, Mitsis Rinela offered a beautiful and relaxing getaway with great amenities, top-notch service, and memorable moments. We would definitely love to return!"
