"Absolutely fabulous. We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Everything was great and the hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will go back again."

The best part was the many pools and the awesome water park that kept the kids busy all day. The food was great too, with lots of options and no lines, even though the hotel was full. "Great family run hotel. Very charming! Staff are nice and friendly. The food was very good. Beach is 5 min walk from the hotel. The bus stop to get to Heraklion is less than 20 min walk. I would recommend a car though. We had an amazing holiday!"

"We last stayed here when it was called the Elysium. Then it was superb hence the easy choice for returning. Barring a door key issue that was resolved easily enough everything has been perfect. The food here is really good, breakfast is buffet but high in quality. The dinner we had here the food was plentiful and again buffet. Drinks are good quality too. Another great stay this time we picked a designer room with a pool. Just brilliant. Good quality for a fair price. We will be back...
