Find All-inclusive Hotel in Analipsi

"Amazing break at Stella Palace. Everything was super clean, and all the staff we encountered were courteous, happy and helpful. Food is great, but the main buffet restaurant is super busy and can be a little repetitive. Staff do try to make it as pleasant as can be. The option of the a la carte restaurants is a winner! Made the evenings less chaotic than the buffet and the food was lovely. Room clean and tidy, and bottles of water dropped off daily etc. Only thing, if you want to get out and about because the hotel is a little isolated car hire should be considered, because taxis are not cheap, they seem to be €50 each way to go anywhere, which can quickly add up….this is not a fault of the hotel, just something we would consider if we came again."

"Beautiful beach view rooms, easy layout, enjoyable turtle haven in the lobby, many sun beds on the beach. Manager Manos runs around all day making sure everything is running smoothly in all areas to taking orders, clearing off plates efficiently, booking dinner reservations, etc all with a bubbling smile. "Lots of nice pools including a full olympic sized lap pool and many other various pools. Lots of water slides, pools, and playgrounds for kids. Great food in the main dining hall, and several nice restaurants (all are buffet style but the food was very good). Well kept, smoothly run, friendly staff."

"We had a wonderful holiday at Bella Beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the vibe was friendly and relaxed. It benefits from being a smaller hotel, when compared with some of the adjacent properties. We stayed in late October, so the hotel was naturally quieter, but there was still plenty on offer for guests, and particularly for families. A couple of the noted facilities (mini golf etc.) are no longer available on site, but that didn't detract from our stay. The location is also good; 20mins drive from Heraklion airport and within 60-90mins of many of the popular attractions. Our only observation is that some guests may feel that the five-star rating is misleading, but I think that's possibly a subjective point. This is a quality hotel, but it isn't the high-end luxury that some might expect of five stars. However, it is still excellent and, frankly, suited us better as a family just the way it was. "
