The service was impeccable! We were greeted with a delightful welcome drink and breakfast was delicious, fresh, and we were given our choice of fresh coffee off the menu (included). The room was beautiful and was in a good location with ocean views and near a shopping center!
A beautiful hotel close to Old Town and the port.
Delicious dinner with local wine.
Again, it was the staff that made the experience so wonderful.
Warmly welcoming while being so professional.
Rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. The staff was amazing making our stay very enjoyable. They were friendly, king and extremely helpful very professional and very personable at the same time. Location was excellent, views incredible. Being in the downtown area it was at times noisy but was expected. Thank you to Stelios, Maria and Vaso for making our stay incredible!
The property is next to the beach with amazing sunset views from the rooftop pool. Staff was so helpful in suggesting restaurants close by that would be good to try.
Excellent view. Superb, competent and friendly staff, excellent bed, room, and extensive complimentary breakfast. Location a bit rough 15min from city center, but next to local shopping mall.
Everything about hotel was 5 star , rooms , amenities , staff , location .
Literally boutique hotel close to everything.
Only draw back was we stayed Saturday with our room facing water , bar next door blasting music till 4 am .
Thought it was odd that they included ear plugs in their welcome amenities.
Once again , property and staff amazing . Just do not book a room on that side of hotel on a Friday/ Saturday night .
A very nice hotel, a bit outside of the city centre of Heraklion, however taxis are available and not too expensive. The staff is very charming and professional. There is a small pool on the roof and a nice little bar. The rooms are big. The parking at the neighbouring shopping centre is ideal and without charge. It is a good parking. The only thing: There is bar next to the hotel, which plays music until late night. Depending on the temper of the DJ, that can be extremely loud. The first night was bad, the second night was better. The hotel is offering eardrops.
Overall, it’s a pretty great hotel, but it’s not worth the price point.
Pros:
- clean room and shared spaces
- very warm staff, super helpful and great service
- good breakfast selection
- welcome drink and traditional beverage provided
- in room amenities (hair dryer, iron, tv with many international channels) are great
Cons:
- for a newly built hotel there were some small issues that you wouldn’t expect. For example the bathroom door in our unit wouldn’t easily close without a very firm push.
- there is a club/restaurant across the street and they were playing very loud music and singing until 3:30 AM and even with the windows closed it could be heard. We were told that the hotel will be undergoing some renovations to help with this soon so hopefully it will be fixed.
- location is close to the water and some beaches but a little further from the city centre where most of the shops and restaurants are. We found it difficult to get taxis to the hotel so we walked around 20-30 mins which might pose a challenge if you have mobility issues.
The hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing! It was conveniently located across the street from a mall that had plenty of options for food. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. Most importantly, the staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so courteous and helpful, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable! The only drawback was that there was no close access to a beach across the street, but they had a gorgeous infinity pool on the rooftop. The weather was not suitable for swimming the day we stayed there so not having access to beach did not affect our plans.
New hotel so very clean and new, the hotel is on a busy road so a lot of road noise during the night but that did not bother us. We had breakfast, which had a good selection, but could do with more tea options, rooftop pool was great after a busy day exploring
We booked here for an overnight as we were awaiting our ferry. The hotel is new and clean and the staff is professional and helpful. However, some rooms (including the one we were given) are not sufficiently insulated against internal and external noise. Ours was located on the mezzanine floor directly next to the breakfast restaurant with our room door directly across from the service station. In addition, there was a party next to the hotel until late into the night. Between the two, we could only manage a few hours sleep between 3am and 7am.
Lovely new hotel. Great experience, made by the welcoming, friendly nature of the staff. Restaurants/bars/city sights within walking distance along the seafront. Nice pool/poolside area to relax by too. Nice breakfast. Would recommend a stay here.
