"Our second time staying here and unfortunately the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping staff were rude and condescending on a few occasions. After our 3-year-old had a small accident in the bed, we politely asked if they could assist, however we were handed bedsheets to remake the bed ourselves and asked to dispose of the old sheets, which was disappointing. On another occasion, our kids were asleep when housekeeping knocked at the door. We politely asked if they could please return in around 45 minutes. They muttered something in Spanish, walked off, and unfortunately never returned. That said, all other staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, as usual. The amenities were great for kids and the location/proximity to attractions was excellent."

"I loved this place. It was a great walking distance from Downtown Disney and the beds were pretty comfy. The shower was also nice and the room was pretty spacious."

"In my opinion this is a very special property because of its size and location. It is a small boutique motel located just a five minute walk to the packing district and city center, and just about a mile from Disneyland gate. There are tons of eateries and entertainment venues in the area which are all within a short walk or drive from the motel. The motel is quiet and the rooms are a nice size and always clean. I've never had a problem with noise or cleanliness in the past year and I stay at this property at least a few days a week. The staff has always been accommodating and is always available if needed. I've locked myself out of the room at 1:00 in the morning and someone in the office was immediately available to give me a replacement key. Super 7 Motel has become a second home for me and after many nights staying here, I really don't have anything overly critical or bad to say about it."
