"Staff is fantastic always helpful. Take time to ask and make sure everything is being taken care of and if not, just let them know. Housekeeping staff was always helpful and responded immediately to any request. my family and I were in town for volleyball competitions at the convention center. What a convenience to be able to just walk out of the hotel directly to the convention center and back at any time overall was a great weekend"

"Overall our stay was great. If you’re coming to Disneyland and proximity is important to you, this property is hard to beat. Very close especially after a long day. My only complaints are that 1) there is only ONE elevator for the whole property. Our room was on the side of the building that didn’t have direct access to the elevator. So, if we used it, we’d have to walk all the way around to get to our room. We decided to just carry the luggage up the stairs. 2) the shower felt very small/narrow. It also felt as if the shower was uneven, like you’re leaning to the left side (I assume that was because that’s where the drain was, but it was a little weird. The staff and cleanliness were top notch in my opinion."

"The property was around the corner from Disneyland park so we were able to walk pretty easily. The room was nice and clean. Didn’t use the pool but other families seemed to enjoy it. The restaurant had good food after a long day out. The staff was extremely nice always quick to help with any requests. We asked for extra pillows at check in and had them within 10 minutes of getting into our room. Would definitely stay here again when in the area."
