Everything was clean and orderly. Cons: The surrounding area isn't the nicest, luggage storage is unlocked and only self-serviced, the bathroom is very tight. Other than that, everything went smoothly and would recommend staying here. "

"Hotel is easy to get to with free street parking or paid underground parking. It is walking distance to the train station. We were able to walk to the train station and easily travel to the main tourist attractions. Area seemed very safe , no one loitering around. Rooms were marble and leather furniture. The bed was very noisy and uncomfortable but the rooms were fairly decent sized. We ate at the buffet breakfast and it was okay, nothing amazing. One of the people working in the buffet...

"This hotel is an easy walk from the train station, and once there plenty of mass transit options are available. Self-service check-in went smoothly. The room was immaculately clean and I enjoyed that it had a sitting area separate from the bed area. Nice décor, it felt like a hotel more upscale than the price indicated. Nice bathroom and large shower. They have an interesting program where you can pass on housekeeping and "earn" a $10 voucher towards drinks or breakfast at their sister hotel...

"No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel, very modern with a really nice bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back if I visit Munich again. "
