"This was our third time at this Hotel and again we were not disappointed. The location of the Hotel is perfect for getting around Munich. There is so much to see and do locally and you can travel quite easily to other cities. On this occasion, we travelled to Berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest with Get Your Guide. This was a trip not to be missed. The best part of our stay in Munich is the Hotel. The Staff are professional and extremely helpful. The breakfasts are amazing and the Staff are very attentive nothing is too much of a bother for them. We have stayed in the same room, although on different floors, on each of our visits. The Housekeepers do a wonderful job. On this occasion we got to know Karlo Zupanic from the Concierge team, who provided us with expert knowledge on where to visit and every day made sure to ask if we needed any assistance, which we did. Also at Reception we would like to mention Francesca and Pia who were both so helpful in arranging our trip to Nuremberg. We also would like to mention Omabi who is always there to welcome you when coming and going from the Hotel. We hope to visit again in the very near future."

"During UCL final 25 this place served it´s purpose perfectly for me and my son. Clean, quiet and in the middle of the city. Train from airport brings you almost directly to the hotel (Karlsplatz) and costs around 12€. Our room was quite lately been renovated and was clean as well as the bathroom. There is no extra services available at the hotel, but the first restaurant is located 10 meters from the entrance and everything else is very close also so it doesn´t matter. Breakfast was good but not special. Personnel was friendly and helpful If moderate price, cleans sheets and safe place to sleep is your priority, this is a good choice."
