"My husband and I stayed four nights at the Prinzessin Elisabeth. Our room was very comfortable, warm, cosy and clean, and had a juliet balcony overlooking the quiet street outside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We are particularly grateful to the Bulgarian lady and young man from Madagascar at the reception desk. "We stayed here twice on our trip, and we felt like family almost immediately. The front desk staff were wonderful, Josh made mom and I feel like family. Martina and Inga in the dining room were lovely as well. It’s close to everything, and there’s a wonderful restaurant across the street that served the most amazing white asparagus. I highly recommend this hotel. And don’t forget to try the pretzels!"
